Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items, or sizing issues.

Personalized or limited-edition items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at arcadegamesu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your item for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or design, simply request an exchange — we’ll ship your new item once the original is received.
